Howard is a very alert child. He does ineteract with his caretakers. He does express enjoyment when listening to music and often kicks, moves, and sings. Howard is in a wheelchair and is dependent for all his daily needs. He enjoys listening to music and watching musical videos. As Howard is alert & active he is diagnosed with profound MR, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and blindness. He is prenatally exposed to drugs & was born premature. Howard was born with intracranial bleeding, resulting in a brain in the placement of a brain shunt, to drain fluid from his brain.
