She has a very soft and calm demeanor and will surely make a positive addition to any family. Hydeia will need a special family to meet her special medical needs. She has been diagnosed with Seizure Disorder, severe developmental delays, feeding disorder and Spastic Quadriplegia. She is currently receiving Regional Center services to help her developmental needs.
