Every day will be a wonderful adventure for the family that welcomes these four siblings into their hearts! Don’t even think about splitting them up – they’ve always been together and want to keep it that way! The oldest is Tietianna who is very loving and nurturing which she expresses to her younger siblings. She enjoys being with her family and girls her own age. She has been able to maintain positive relationships with her foster parents, teachers and community members. She is presently enjoying Girl Scouts. Tietianna participates in therapy to help her with issues related to the loss of her birth family and to develop appropriate coping strategies to deal with anxiety. Like her sister, Tyona is very close to all her siblings. She really wants a forever family but has had a difficult time processing the loss of her birth family. She is very nurturing with her younger brothers but tends to resist authority figures and is sometimes verbally aggressive when her behavior is in question. Tyona participates in therapy and medication management to help her. Marqual is a little boy who bubbles over with personality. He is very cheerful when engaged, often wanting to play and share with others. He has attended a Head Start program and has mastered all of his educational goals. He loves the company of his two older sisters and his younger brother. The youngest child is Ja’Quan, who is a happy little boy who loves his siblings. He also loves “Dora” and “Diego” cartoons. Ja’Quan is a typical toddler who engages with others in an appropriate manner. His moods and emotions are age appropriate. He’s not potty trained yet, but he is well on his way. This sibling group is absolutely delightful, and with an energetic nurturing family to guide them, they are each bound to have a future full of happiness and achievement!
