Jack reports that he would like to become a police officer to help keep people safe. Jack does well when he receives individual attention. He would like to find a forever family with two parents. He reports that he would like a family with a child around his age. Jack needs a structured family who will take time to help him learn how to develop and maintain relationships. He describes a family as getting love and attention from your mom and dad. Jack needs a forever family that will nurture him with patience, happiness, security, and unconditional love. Jack is currently working on his behavioral issues in a residential treatment facility (RTF). He says that he likes being at the RTF because he feels safe but that he doesn't like it when people yell at him. In order to assist Jack in his work, it would be helpful to identify a family that he could get to know and trust. This would aid in his transition from an RTF. All families will be considered for Jack. Parental rights will be terminated upon identification of a permanent resource.
