Jacob is a very loving and charming and affectionate little boy. He has an upbeat personality with a contagious smile. Jacob loves giving and receiving hugs. He also loves attention. Jacob is a people's person and loves meeting new people. He is a very happy child with a healthy appetite. Jacob enjoys watching television and singing along with music. He only has to hear songs a few time in order to commit them to memory. Jacob's favorite place to go is Chuck E Cheese's. He enjoys visiting his brother and sister. Jacob is enrolled in a public school program where he does well. He learns at a slower rate than other children his age. Jacob receives physical and speech therapy at school and is progressing well. Jacob does very well with auditory learning and is becoming very independent. However, he needs assistance with changing and dressing. Jacob has made tremendous progress since coming into care. Jacob needs an appropriate environment where he can thrive. Jacob has h ydrocephalus and seizures. He is prescribed medication for the seizures. He also has a shunt to drain fluid from his head.
