Jacob is an extremely bright child who is constantly aware of his surroundings. He is quiet and can be very loving. He tries hard to be accepted and win approval of friends and caregivers. An active child, Jacob enjoys swimming and playing video games. He also likes to watch TV and his favorite show is Transformers. In school, Jacob's strongest subject is math. He makes good grades and has good study habits. Jacob can become easily frustrated and tends to become very angry when he does not get his way. Jacob needs a forever family that will set clear boundaries for him. The family will need to provide constant supervision as well as have a daily routine that will be easy to follow. They will need to be patient during and after the transition period and be able to show their love to Jacob. He wants a family that is active and likes to spend time together and go on family outings. Jacob has two younger sisters who are not a part of this adoption, but with whom he would like to remain in contact.
