Jacob is a 9-year-old boy from Texas who is hoping to be adopted.
Jacob is a quiet boy who takes a little while to warm up, but when he does, watch out! He has a witty sense of humor and is fun to be around. Jacob loves pizza, hamburgers and eggs with lots of ketchup. He enjoys spending time outdoors riding bikes or playing basketball. Favorite pastimes include playing video games and collecting toy cars. Jacob usually gets along with peers and adults, yet at times has trouble controlling his feelings and staying on task. He receives assistance to help him and has made great improvement. Academically, Jacob receives special assistance and tutoring to help him improve his grades. He reports that his favorite subject is Science. When asked who is his favorite person, Jacob stated, "Esther". Jacob and Esther are tightly bonded and will be adopted together.
Esther and Jacob get along well and are closely bonded. They enjoy spending time together playing games, sports, or riding bikes together. Esther is described as a laid back and happy child. Initially shy with adults, it does not take Jacob long to warm up and show his witty sense of humor. Both children stated that they would prefer to live in an urban setting. Esther and Jacob are a loving twosome looking for a family who will keep them together. They would benefit from a family who will provide attention, positive reinforcement and nurturance. They are an active pair and a family that is sports minded will be ideal. Esther and Jacob need a family who will keep them together and will support contact with their older sibling. They will likely do best in a family with no other children. Visit me at the TARE Gallery.
