Photolisting Profile for James
James is an 8-year-old boy from Texas who is hoping to be adopted.
James is a loveable and pleasant child. He likes playing with his toy trucks, coloring and working on puzzles. James has some difficulty communicating verbally. He is an intelligent, curious child who is always eager to learn. He likes playing with toys and is favorite game is Super Sonic. He really, really enjoys Spiderman cartoons. His favorite meal is a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal from McDonalds, especially if it comes with chocolate milk. James is very active and would benefit from involvement in sports. His high activity level sometimes keeps him from reaching his potential. James makes friends easily however; he struggles with appropriate treatment of small animals. James receives to help him with past issues and improving himself.
Ricky and James are brothers but are very different. They do both enjoy watching movies and playing video games together. Both Ricky and James enjoy attending church and participating in church activities. Ricky and James need a stable family, committed to keeping them together. Their adoptive family will need to re-assure them that they are safe and secure and guide them to adulthood. They need an active, involved father who will be a positive role model. They will do well in a home with other children or by themselves. Their transition into adoption will need to be slow to help them adjust to the change. Ricky and James will bring fun and love to their adoptive family. The boys need a family that is supportive of their emotional and educational needs. Ricky and James have an older sister who is already in an adoptive placement and contact with her would be wonderful. Visit us at the North Texas Heart Gallery.
