Jasmine is as sweet as the flower she is named after. This precious little one was born prematurely, has a loving and gentle disposition, and is in need of a loving and supportive family in which to grow to her full potential. Like most babies born premature, Jasmine has chronic lung disease, a tracheotomy, and retinopathy and is G-tube dependent. She is a Regional Center client and receives occupational and physical therapy. Jasmine is able to lift her head and move her limbs.
