Jason is a very handsome five year old Caucasian male. Jason is currently placed in a medical foster home due to his complex medical conditions. Jason has difficulty moving his muscles appropriately . This condtion is severly debilitating. Jason is wheelchair bound and requires full assistance with the activities of daily living. Jason is fed through his stomache with a G-Tube. Jason attends elementary school though his attendence is sporadic due to his medical condition.
