Jason is seen by a very supportive, multi-disciplinary team and receives speech, physical and occupational therapy, as well as medical care. His daily school attendance contributes to his ability to transition within multiple environments with ease and has set the groundwork for learning. Jason has been blessed with a foster family that has been extremely instrumental in his growth. They have provided a very loving and caring environment, setting the foundation for Jason to succeed with a family who can provide for his needs. With the right family, Jason will continue to progress.
