Jazzy is a sweet, energetic and outgoing child. She is very inquisitive and loves to ask a lot of questions, try new things and experience life to the fullest. Jazzy enjoys learning and is doing well in school. She is spontaneous and an independent thinker. Some of Jazzy’s favorite activities are playing tether-ball, flying kites, and riding her bike. She loves animals and seems to be very intuitive and empathetic. During Jazz’s down time, she likes to play with her Nintendo DS and watch TV. Jazzy is a typical pre-teen and she sometimes needs to be reminded of her chores.
Jazzy is dealing with diabetes and needs to be monitored frequently to make sure her sugar levels are adequate. Although she is able to monitor her sugar; Jazzy becomes frustrated at times because her diabetes dictates her diet.
