Jeffrey is a 14-year-old boy from Florida who is hoping to be adopted.

Jeffrey is a loving and friendly boy who was born in September of 1995. He is a child of Haitian descent. He is shy around strangers at first but once he warms up, he ifun to be around. His favorite hobbies are drawing and playing video games. Jeffrey loves to watch his friends play soccer, although he does not play himself. He also enjoys fishing, going to the beach and to the park to ride go-carts. A fourth grader, Jeffrey struggles with his schoolwork, but is making progress with assistance from his foster parents and teachers. Although schoolwork is an issue, Jeffrey is very popular at school and has many friends. His best subject in school is art. Jeffrey needs a family that can give him unconditional love and has he ability and time to care for his medical needs. Jeffrey does have some medical issues. He gets along well with other children his age so a family with other children would be a plus.
