Jesseliz, better known as Jesse, is a very friendly and witty child born 1/94. As a compassionate youth, she genuinely cares about others and is loyal to her family and friends. With great leadership qualities, Jesse is a mentor and positive role model for her peers. Like most teens, she enjoys talking on the phone, listening to music and dating. Jesse also has a strong interest in photography, computers and sports, especially soccer. She is a proud member of her school’s soccer team which is the school’s first soccer team to win any games in several years. Due to early childhood experiences and cultural barriers, Jesse is academically behind but remains enthusiastic about graduating from high school. She is enrolled in regular classes and works hard to earn above average grades. Jesse wants to be adopted by a family who will not change her “whole world”. She needs a loving, committed and supportive family who will respect her personal interests and connections. An encouraging family who will advocate for Jesse and provide proper guidance to enhance her academic success and full potential is being sought. Ongoing therapy to address loss and separation issues is necessary.
