Jessica loves to listen to music and has an incredible singing voice, which she hopes to utilize in a career as a singer.
Jessica is an intelligent girl who enjoys school and usually earns good grades. She is working on maintaining positive relationships and being more compliant at school. Counseling is helping her understand and deal with her feelings of separation, loss, and adoption.
The ideal adoptive family for Jessica will benefit from her current foster family's parenting style. She is doing quite well there because of the routine, clearly set boundaries and consequences, structure, and positive role models. A two-parent family would be ideal if they can provide the nurturing, patience, and stability Jessica needs and deserves. She has a younger brother with whom contact and visits should be supported.
