Joseph is a beautiful, bright-eyed, young pre-teen who enjoys the adventures of life. He can do very well in school academically if challenged. He can get along well with his school teachers and peers. He has a healthy appetite and likes eating pizza, cheeseburgers, and tacos. Joseph enjoys football, basketball, drawing, hip-hop music and comedy movies. He is in band and plays the trombone. He really likes the comedian, Cedric the Entertainer. Joseph also enjoys playing outside with his foster brothers and other kids in the neighborhood. Joseph can be respectful and kind to others. He has a bright personality and loves helping people. At times, Joseph can choose not to follow instructions from his caregivers. If Joseph is feeling picked on, he will get upset and may not respect other's property. Joseph states that he would like to go with his future adoptive parents on a family vacation. He dreams of traveling to Disney World or Disney Land with his new family. He has aspirations of attending University of Texas and playing football for the Texas Longhorns. Joseph has a brother he would like to keep in contact with when he is adopted. He will do well in a home that has other children, as he states he would like to have siblings. Joseph will benefit from having a family that will also give him quality one-on-one time.
