Joseph is a quiet young man until he gets to know people. He is sensitive to the needs of others and often helps out around the house without being asked. Joseph enjoys playing with his model cars, shooting baskets, or playing video games. He also likes the water and enjoys fishing. Joseph is very artistic and aspires to be an artist. Joseph attends regular classes at school where he earns good grades. He has the ability to do much better and has improved them. However, he claims he doesn’t want to do too well and be labeled a “nerd.” Monthly counseling helps Joseph talk through feelings regarding his past. Joseph is a nice kid with no behavior issues. He looks forward to having a permanent, loving, and supportive family and would love to have a big brother. Joseph is at his best in a stable and consistent environment where he knows what is expected of him, and what he can expect from others.
