Diagnosed with mild mental delays, he is enrolled in special education classes to address his academic and behavioral needs. Joseph enjoys school and works well with hands on projects. He is very excited and hopeful about finding a forever family. Joseph needs an optimistic, embracing and attentive family, one who will love him unconditionally while helping to maximize his full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. Ongoing therapy and contact with siblings being planned for separately is needed.
