Josiah is a very happy and bubbly child that smiles continuously. He is very inquisitive with his surroundings. He is fascinated with hinges and things that open and close. Josiah loves to listen to music and chew on plastic toys. Josiah enjoys being rocked and receiving a lot of attention. His foster parents say it is a joy to see Josiah meet new developmental milestones. Due to Josiah’s medical needs a two-parent home is needed. A family with a “stay-at-home” parent would be ideal. Parents need to be patient and have lots of love to give. Parents will need to be involved in all aspects of Josiah’s care.
