Although he is fairly compliant with chores and rules at home, behaviors have begun to affect his schoolwork to some extent. Justin is willing to work at improving both his grades and his conduct. Justin has a medical condition which is being monitored. He is currently in good health, but there could be more medically-related issues in the future. Justin hopes to be adopted by a family with a mother and a father, and maybe a little brother. His adoptive family should understand that his medical needs will require ongoing attention. This loving little boy needs a family that will love him unconditionally and provide him with structure, dedication and stability.
