Justin is a very caring, sweet, and loving boy who is always willing to lend a helping hand. He truly cares about the people who care about him. Justin loves to play basketball and was overjoyed to be able to play in a summer league at the Boys and Girls Club. He has learned the game well and has formed many new relationships through playing basketball. Justin is a shoe collector who loves name brand basketball shoes, with his favorites being Nike Air Force Ones and Air Jordan. He also likes to listen to music, play video games, and eat junk food. Justin attends special education classes where he receives more individual attention and assistance to allow him to be more academically successful. Through counseling he is working on behaviors resulting from past experiences, as well as learning to better accept responsibility for his actions. Justin will do best with a two-parent family. There can be other children in the home, but he will most benefit if they are older. Justin needs a family that will provide him with structure, consistency, clearly set boundaries with appropriate consequences, and support in his participation of extracurricular activities. He receives a great deal of support from his grandparents and sister and will need to have ongoing contact and visits with them.
