Kassie, born 6/97, is a very friendly Caucasian child. Being quite creative, Kassie loves to draw, play music and write poetry. She also loves to read and currently enjoys mysteries the most. In regular classes, Kassie excels in all her subjects. Like a typical child, she much prefers classroom work rather than homework. Unfortunately, Kassie has been through much upheaval in her young life. Because of the many broken promises she is afraid to get close to people or to allow them to get close to her. Kassie has a great deal to offer a family but will need one who understands Kassie’s inclination to push people away and “hurt before she is hurt.” A family willing to hang in for the long haul and show Kassie she is loved and lovable is needed.
