Kelsey tends to be shy in the class and prefers to surround herself with a few close friends. She enjoys the company of children that are younger than her. There are no behavioral concerns at school. While in Colombia, Kelsey may have been physically and emotionally abused. At this time, she is diagnosed with a mood disorder and takes medication to help stabilize her mood. Kelsey is also in counseling to help her deal with her past. At times, Kelsey has become aggressive towards her parents. Kelsey is very athletic and loves music. She has had a difficult past and has problems with trusting those adults around her. Kelsey needs a loving, consistent family that can help her deal with her past abuse and to begin healing.
