Kendrick’s foster mom says that she loves him for being himself. He is an intelligent, entertaining, and engaging little boy. Kendrick is very outgoing and talkative and rarely says exactly what is on his mind. He enjoys watching cartoons as well as playing and watching football. Kendrick also likes to read and go to the beach. Kendrick attends regular classes at school where he earns average grades. He can do very well when he applies himself and a personal aide helps him stay in compliance. There are few conduct problems at home, but Kendrick is working on improving his attitude and behaviors at school. Kendrick has a wonderful relationship with his foster family and he needs a forever family to give him the constant love, guidance, security, and permanence that all children need and deserve. He will benefit from a family that will encourage his academic success and provide opportunities for him to build his self-esteem.
