Lamont came to the attention of Child & Family Services in August of 1995. He is a friendly child who always seems to be able to smile and laugh when someone is engaging him in conversation. Lamont loves to watch cartoons, be read to, and play wiht his toys. He is quite expressive and uses direct eye contact, possesses a sensitive affect to touch, and will cry when he is uncomfortable.
