Lauren is a very intelligent child and effective in her communications. She is outgoing and enjoys reading for pleasure. She likes to listen to music and dance. She is very caring towards animals and loves to be outside. Lauren likes to work on projects such as constructing things. In the past she has played in the school band. She has freckles, a pretty smile and currently has braces. She loves to eat and is not picky about the type of food. She also enjoys being somewhat independent around her home. She is the youngest among several girls in her current placement and gets some of the freedoms older children enjoy. She likes school, gets good grades and about two years ahead of her grade in math skills. She is skilled in using a computer. Lauren wants a home with only a single mom and either no other children or only other girls. Lauren will need help to mature and feel better about herself.
