"He has been very protective of his younger sister, " stated his resource coordinator, "even though at times it has gotten him into trouble." "He needs a lot of individual one-on-one attention to help him meet his full potential." Lucas needs a family that will be supportive of his academic, social and emotional needs. This family should offer him nurturing and affection while maintaining a structured home life. A home in which he can be an only child would be of great benefit to him. However, he would need to maintain contact with his other three siblings.
