He is a very loving, receptive, and friendly child. Luis loves to play musical instruments and he is learning to play the guitar. Luis is a very interesting young man that needs to be challenged intellectually. Luis has some challenges in school and benefits from special support services to help eliminate distractions and help him stay on task. He is motivated to do well in school. Luis gets along well with his peers. He will push limits but can be redirected. Luis has been diagnosed with Mytonic Muscular Dystrophy. He does not let that get in his way of being an outdoors type of person. Luis is learing about the things that make him tire easily and will let you know when he needs to rest. Luis has learned to manage distractions to complete certain tasks and has a very position outlook on life. Luis seems to act as the protector of his siblings. He can be very demanding of what is appropriate for him and his siblings.
Luis, Marcos, Juliana, and Christopher will peak your interest, make you laugh, and wonder in amazement at their many accomplishments. You will be kept amuzed, alert, curious, and interested in each and every one of them. Juliana, Christopher, Luis, and Marcos each have a unique personality that sets them apart! Marcos, Luis, Juliana, and Christopher are very concerned about being kept together. The children help each other and take care of one another. Individually and as a group Christopher, Juliana, Marcos, and Luis have learned to overcome many challenges with positive outcomes. They are full of energy, happiness, and full of life on daily basis. Luis, Marcos, Juliana, and Christopher need a lot of love, attention, and affection on a consistent bases and respond well to redirection.
Luis will do well in a two parent home or a single parent home. Luis needs to be in an environment that can be firm and structured. He will do well in a home that would also allow his siblings to be apart of his family as well.
