Luis is a good-looking and loving young man. He likes sports, going to the movies and watching TV. He is healthy and developmentally on target. Like his brothers, he is an avid sports fan and likes to listen to music. Luis is usually all smiles and he is really looking forward to a stable and committed family, which would ease his mind and heart. He needs to be adopted with his two brothers Alex and Eddie.
