Malik is a shy teen who enjoys school and learning new things. He is a good hearted person, and is well behaved at home and at school. He has been known to assist neighbors with clean up after storms and other jobs. Malik is limited to the home during ozone warnings because of his Cystic Fibrosis diagnosis, but enjoys staying in to build objects with his Bionicles. He also spends time playing computer games, swimming, playing with the Wii game and listening to music. Malik interacts well with other children and adults, but is reserved and does not actively engage another individual until he has determined their trustworthiness and respectability. Malik responds well to loss of privileges and delegation of consequences. Malik requires regular intensive medical care and daily modifications to a typical child's routine.
