Marvin 'marvy' is a 3-year-old boy from Oregon who is hoping to be adopted.

With a thick head of hair, big sparkly brown eyes, and a wonderfully kind and loving disposition, Marvin (Marvy) is a serene and happy little boy. Marvin is an adorable little boy with big brown eyes that sparkle. He has a full head of rich chocolate brown hair. Marvy has such a serene and happy temperament; oftentimes you'll catch him with a grin that stretches from ear to ear.

Some of his favorite activities include manipulating switch toys or playing with any toy that he can see a cause-effect relationship with. Marvy also loves just about anything that makes noise. The louder the better! It's amazing what this little guy can do with his feet, too! Although Marvy is non-weight bearing, he is able to maneuver around equally using his hands and feet. He loves spinning himself around in his crib and dangling his toes in the air.

Marvy needs a consistent, loving family who can find joy in his smile. He requires 24 hour loving attention and monitoring. He needs someone who is willing to put his needs above their own. Marvy does form attachments and, most recently, has been able to say mama. He needs a family that will be able to focus on his strengths, and help him to reach any, and all, potential milestones possible.
