Melanie was born in Ukraine on 6/30/98 and has been in the USA since April 2007. At this time, she is residing in a residential placement awaiting a new placement. Her current caregivers state that she is responding very well to the structure within the organization and that she has good potential. She is physically healthy. At this time, Melanie is diagnosed with developmental delays, RAD, ODD and Bi-polar Disorder NOS. Melanie has made great progress in all of these areas but needs a committed family to assist her with areas of attachment. Melanie enjoys music, reading, soccer, baseball and dancing. She can be very sweet and helpful with others. Melanie would do best with a family that is very clear and consistent with their expectations.
