Melinda (2/91) is a pretty, bubbly, and outgoing teenager. She is well-liked by adults and relates better to them than she does to peers. She is insightful with a good sense of humor. Melinda wants to be adopted and has worked very hard to overcome educational delays related to previous environmental issues. She currently works very hard in school, even staying after school for tutoring. Now she is making good grades in her age appropriate grade level. At times, Melinda has some boundary issues as a result of her traumatic past. Melinda needs a forever family to call her own.
