She has had some recurring problems with stealing and lying, both at home and at school. These have decreased in her current foster home. Michelle has a half-sister who lives in Lexington, Kentucky. They exchange regular emails. Contact should definitely continue. She also has a previous foster mother with whom she is very close. She considers she and her mother to be like her own family. She would like to maintain contact with them as well.
