Nachum
Nachum is a 1-year-old boy from Oregon who is hoping to be adopted.
Ruach is a charmer and is the oldest of the three with beautiful green eyes, freckles, and a smile that can light up a room! Ruach thrives on attention from adults, is extremely bright for his age and loves to learn and experience new things. Ruach knows his letters and numbers, can read short sentences and is learning addition and subtraction. Ruach is also very artistic and loves to spend time drawing and coloring.
Navah is next in line and is the quietest of the three and will take a little longer to ''warm up'' to new people and places. Navah often looks to his big brother for reassurance and security. Navah has warm brown eyes and a shy smile that will melt your heart!
Nachum is the baby, although he is very close in height and weight to his big brother Navah. Nachum has dark brown hair and brown eyes and he is a very good natured baby who sleeps through the night, eats well, is just starting to say words like ''mama'' and ''dada'', and now that he is walking, is always on the move and exploring his world!
Ruach, Navah, and Nachum are the youngest of twelve siblings. Ruach, Navah, and Nachum have had weekly visitations with six of their older siblings since their placement in foster care and have also been able to see their siblings at special occasions such as birthdays and holidays. They do have a significant attachment to them and an appropriate adoptive resource will be able to assist these little ones in maintaining this important connection. Continued ongoing frequent visits are in the boys best interest.
Ruach, Navah, and Nachum will do best in a loving family where they are the only children. A potential family for these children will understand that they will need patience, structure, and consistency in order for them to continue to make positive growth. The caregiver(s) will be committed to thorough adoption preparation and transition planning and the caregiver(s) will be able to lay out clear expectations for the kids and will also advocate for Ruach, Navah, and Nachum to receive any and all supports that they might need in regards to their educational, physical, and mental health development. Most of all, Ruach, Navah, and Nachum need and want a nurturing and stable family that they can call their own, permanently.
