Neil is an handsome boy with a smile from ear to ear. He has so much energy for a little boy and he loves to play outdoors. Neil states that his favorite subject is math. He does tend to struggle with his academics and will need assistance in this area. Neil also likes to ride his bike and to watch Church movies and sing songs. Neil's favorite food is apples. He stated he liked pizzabut didn't like cheese "no kind-no way". Neil also can benefit from redirection from time to time to help him focus on tasks. Neil can be uncooperate and unfriendly towards others at times. Neil also does have behavioral issues in school focusing on his schoolwork.

Ethan and Neil are very affectionate siblings who long to be adopted together. They enjoy playing outdoors and playing video games together. They do have separate personalities as Ethan is very shy and quiet at first until he gets to know you and Neil is very outgoing and social with others. They both still enjoy doing little boys things such as playing or watching sports, going out to eat hamburgers or hotdogs and playing games together. Both Ethan and Neil do have times when sibling rivalry does cause tension within their relationship.

Neil does need a family who is active and structured with daily activities that will keep him involved. Neil also needs a family who can meet his individual needs and provide him a loving and nurturing home.
