Noel is more than all boy. He is very active and is not a child that will be overlooked. He likes to watch comics such as "Monster House" and bug his big brother by getting into all of his stuff. Noel tends to tell bigger than life stories and may need help with knowing the difference between what is real and fiction. He tends to look to his older brother as a role model and can be very loving. He is very bonded to his siblings and it is believed that he will be able to bond to an adoptive family.

Elvira, Richard and Noel want a family who will love all three of them unconditionally. They are full of mischief and spirit, eager to learn, and overflowing with love to give to the right family. They are very active, love playing computer games, table games, and physical games. Sometimes it is a little scarey to see if other's their age will accept them and they find it a little easier to capture the attention of adults. It may take them a while to warm up to you but do not give up on them. They want someone to help them do their school work. They want a family to share the good times and the bad.
