Oswaldo is a charming child who is generally cheerful and talkative. He loves history and is interested in science and collecting fossils. He prefers to play alone, but will interact with other children when necessary. Oswaldo enjoys coloring and playing with his toys. He tries hard to please and makes up stories so people will like him. Oswaldo has been diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome and mitral valve prolapse. As a result, his heart is beating too fast and he requires frequent blood pressure monitoring and medication. He is also more susceptible to infection than other children. Oswaldo must remain calm due to his medical condition. Oswaldo is very intelligent and able to learn. He is also cooperative and has adjusted well to his foster home.

Oswaldo and Mercy have a close relationship and need to remain together. Oswaldo is a cheerful child who is interested in history and enjoys collecting fossils. Mercy is affectionate and likes to be helpful. Both children like to color and tp play alone with their toys. Oswaldo and Mercy have their own special needs. Oswaldo has Long QT syndrome and a mitral valve prolapse. Mercy may need long term care into adulthood. Both children have attached to the foster parents and get along well with adults.
