Rakiesha is very attached and bonded to her brother and it is important that they be adopted together. Rakeem and Rakiesha are a dynamic duo that would be a welcome addition to any family. They are in search of a family that is not only loving and stable, but one that is active and willing to redirect them in a positive and caring way.
