He often appears to be quiet, but those who know him state this is not always the case and that he can be very funny. Rance needs a family who is committed to him. He needs to know that his family will be there for him and support him. Rance would benefit greatly from the strength of a two parent home that can provide needed stability. He is in great need of a father figure. A family for Rance would need to be very involved with his education and therapeutic needs.
