Richard is all boy. He loves to play with army men, robots, and watch Batman and Spiderman videos. He is very quiet and loves to play with his brother. He wants very much to be included in family activities. He would rather play than do school work or read books. He is very easy going and laid back. He gets along with almost anyone. Richard's foster mother describes him as being very honest.
Elvira, Richard and Noel want a family who will love all three of them unconditionally. They are full of mischief and spirit, eager to learn, and overflowing with love to give to the right family. They are very active, love playing computer games, table games, and physical games. Sometimes it is a little scarey to see if other's their age will accept them and they find it a little easier to capture the attention of adults. It may take them a while to warm up to you but do not give up on them. They want someone to help them do their school work. They want a family to share the good times and the bad. They want someone who will be involved in their lives and be interested in what little kids are interested in.
