Rosa is a 17-year-old girl from Arkansas who is hoping to be adopted.
Rosa is a sweet teenaged girl with a big heart. Rosa is a people person and loves to be around other people. She is loveable and fun! Rosa loves to go swimming, listen to music and attend church activities. Rosa is proud to be a member of the ROTC at school. Rosa has two siblings available for adoption, Rusty and Carl. It would be wonderful if the children could maintain contact after being adopted. Rosa needs a parent or parents that are willing to provide a very structured environment with consistent guidance to help her lead a productive life. Prospective parents will need to make sure Rosa continues to receive therapy after her adoption.Siblings
