Samuel is initially quiet and shy, however once comfortable will become very conversational. He adjusts well to new environments and responds well to strong, supportive and consistent role-models. Samuel can however instigate situations with his foster brothers. He especially responds well when his positive behavior is rewarded and acknowledged. This energetic child likes to participate in extracurricular sporting activities like football and basketball. He likes to play video games and watch T.V. He likes to go to places like Chuck E Cheeses, Fun Plex and Go carts.

Antoinette and Samuel are true brother and sister. Although they have sibling rivalries, Antoinette is protective of her brother. She tends to try to be the mother in most situations. Samuel loves to play with his big sister. They play well together until Samuel gets upset. Samuel makes sure that Antoinette is okay. They likes to go to Chuck E Cheese and Incredible Pizza. They love to go ride go-carts and swimming. Their desire is to be placed in adoption together. They need a family that is patient, consistent and structured.

Samuel would do well in a home that will provide him with a lot of one on one attention. The family will need to be able to take the time to help him concentrate on completing tasks. Samuel needs a family that will provide a stable environment which fosters love, security, comfort and reassurance. He needs a family who will promote his confidence to increase his self-esteem.
