Savannah likes to watch cartoons and listen to the Jonas Brothers. She loves music and her CD player is one of her favorite belongings. Savannah finds comfort in music and the sound of people's voices. She is a happy child and enjoys attention from her caregivers. Savannah is diagnosed with quadraplegia and requires in home nursing care. She is unable to communicate with words due to her challenges but is able to communicate through sounds. When misunderstandings occur with communication she needs reassurance that her family will take the time to understand her. They will be her advocate with the medical and educational agencies, and make sure she is receiving the absolute best medical care. They will be familiar with her special challenges and be able to meet all of her medical needs.
