Although Scott receives services at school to assist with his behavior, he typically maintains a "B and C" average.

One case manager stated, “he has a smile that lights up his face, and you can’t help but smile too when you are around him.” Another case manager stated, “Scott has the most wonderful attitude. Even with all he has been through in the past several years, he continues to have hope. He believes that one day he will have a permanent family.”
Scott wants a family who does not put him last on their list of responsibilities. He wants to be someone's son. Scott is a very loving and bright child who is ready for a permanent home. He will benefit from a family who will help him continue to learn positive values, and assist him in developing a positive sense of identity. He needs a forever family with a strong mother and father figure who have patience and love as well as time for structure and consistency. Scott will need a family who can advocate for his mental health needs, as well as becoming involved with his school and his educational needs. Scott is friendly and outgoing and will bring much warmth and love to his new home.
