He stands a whooping 5 feet 10 inches tall and is 13 years old! As you could imagine, Sean loves to play basketball and would like to be on a team someday. Sean was born in Hawaii and has a very distinct Hawaiian appearance. Sean values his Hawaiian heritage and speaks affectionately about maintaining this link. Sean has been in foster care since he was approximately 6 years old. He has some problems trusting adults, as he has been disappointed by them over and over. He is a neat kid who knows how to be polite and funny but doesn't always feel motivated to let his guard down and get close to others. Sean, the youngest of four brothers, is the fun-loving jokester of the family. He loves sports and being outside. Sean's 16 year old brother was recently adopted. Sean's other two brothers are in long-term foster care placements. Sean needs a family that can be nurturing and consistent with parenting practices. A family that can be understanding and patient and willing to teach Sean the necessary tools to become a successful adult.
