Shane is a great kid with a lot of energy and enthusiasm for life. He is a vivacious and engaging little boy. But don’t let all the energy fool you, because Shane also has a softer side and his is very sweet and likable. He enjoys playing basketball and board games. Shane needs a family who will give him love, attention and still provide consistency and structure to his daily routine. Shane enjoys school and is learning to achieve many of his goals. He works hard to learn new things and enjoys attention. Shane is diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. Shane is also diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and he is g-tube fed. Shane receives 100% of his nutrition through the g-tube, however is able to eat by mouth when prompted. Shane is verbal; however, he is hard to understand at times. Shane continues to have contact with his biological family and is looking for an adoptive family who is supportive of his continued contact with them.
