Her counselor says that Stephanie is very friendly and adapts well when meeting new people. Stephanie needs a family that is very nurturing and understanding of her past abuse issues. She needs a family that is committed to her and encourages her to do her best. Stephanie does receive special education services at school. Stephanie will need to continue with counseling after she is adopted.
