Stephen is a very charming young man with a sweet smile. Stephen was born with congenital hydrocephalus and had a shut placed shortly after birth. Stephen smiles and tries to verbalize with others. Stephen's siblings and extended family visit him often and indicate that Stephen smiles when talked to. He loves to be sat with, talked to and read to. Toys and learning tools are initiated with Stephen. Stephen receives medical care on a regular basis. He is also receiving speech/language, physical and occupational therapy.
