Tamesha is a smart and independent child. She gives and seeks affection from her caregivers. Tamesha does her chores, always keeps her room clean, and even folds and puts away all of her clothes after laundry. She has also improved her ability to appropriately express her frustration because she can become easily frustrated when she cannot have or do what she wants. She needs close supervision. Tamesha takes pride in how she looks. Tamesha reports she enjoys vegetables such as broccoli, and also likes chicken nuggets, hotdogs, cake, and bannana pudding. She likes sweets but they are limited. Tamesha also enjoys friuts such as apples, strawberries, grapes, peaches, and bananas. Tamesha dines out at least three times each week at places such as Luby's on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Boudreaux on Tuesdays, CiCi's, and Denny's on Thursdays with the family. Tamesha enjoys playing with her dolls, Nintendo Wii, watching movies, and riding her bike and scooter. Tamesha attends the YMCA program after school and is taken on various outings. Tamesha attends the Adventurer's Club twice a month which is girl and boy scouts. Tamesha receives special educational services in an alternative behavior classroom. Tamesha's teacher, sends behavior reports to the foster parent on a regular basis. This way the foster parent can evaluate if Tamesha has had a great day or not. Tamesha's rewards for good behavior include verbal praise and small amounts of money that is used to purchase items for her such as candy. Tamesha's discipline consequences are time outs, restricted outdoor activities, and no television for short periods of time. Tamesha enjoys movie night once a week with her foster family.
